How to apply?

There are three simple steps to the application process.

• Filling of application forms:

The application form consists of general short answer questions based on individual’s choices and preferences. We assess candidates on three major categories:

• Potential to contribute to a startup
• Character
• Mission Alignment
• Preparing a business plan:

The candidates are given some time to prepare and present a business plan based on Gwalior city. They have to present the details of their plan prove its feasibility in front of judges. In this round we pay close attention to the following points:

• Confidence
• Presentation
• Research Ability
• Justification element
• Final Interview:

The candidates are shortlisted based on previous round and the selected candidates are called for final interview at out headquarters. In this round we pay close attention to the following traits of a candidate:

• Problem solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Mission alignment
